This course explores the principles of geometric learning and shape analysis with applications in medical imaging. You will investigate the mathematical frameworks and computational techniques used to characterize complex anatomical structures.
Includes: Principles of Geometric Learning and Shape Analysis in Medical Imaging. Advanced methods for segmentation and registration of medical images. Construction of population atlases. Statistical shape analysis. Applications to cardiology, neurology and others. Modern machine learning for shape analysis. Study and review of recent scientific articles.
