• Responsibility: Mentor members and receive guidance constructively. Share lab resources responsibly. Keep them clean and organized.
• Professionalism: Be accountable for your work. Meet deadlines. Contribute proactively to the team. Keep confidentiality of unpublished data, work, and grants.

Reporting

If you experience or witness a violation, report it to your supervisor for appropriate action. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Expected behavior includes:

• Being considerate: Respect colleagues time, resources, and space.
• Being respectful: Disagree politely on research topics, prevent personal attacks.

Unacceptable behavior includes:
