- Responsibility: Mentor junior members and receive senior guidance constructively. Share lab resources responsibly. Keep them clean and organized.
- Professionalism: Be accountable for your work. Meet deadlines. Contribute proactively to the team. Keep confidentiality of unpublished data, work, and grants.
Reporting
If you experience or witness a violation, report it to your supervisor for appropriate action. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

Expected behavior includes:

Unacceptable behavior includes:
