Lab Code of Conduct
     This code of conduct outlines the standards of behavior for all members and collaborators, promoting a respectful, inclusive, and productive environment.

academic honesty and maintain a 
harassment-free space.
     
Our Values
     
       - Integrity: Conduct all research with absolute honesty. Rule out plagiarism, falsification, and fabrication. Cite appropriately. Keep meticulous records.
       
 - Respect: Treat everyone with professionalism and courtesy. Zero harassment. Communicate openly. Value diverse perspectives. Give constructive feedback.
       
 - Responsibility: Mentor members and receive guidance constructively. Share lab resources responsibly. Keep them clean and organized.
       
 - Professionalism: Be accountable for your work. Meet deadlines. Contribute proactively to the team. Keep confidentiality of unpublished data, work, and grants. 
     
 
     Reporting
     If you experience or witness a violation, report it to your supervisor for appropriate action. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.
     
 
 
  
     Examples
     Expected behavior includes:
     
       - Being considerate: Respect colleagues time, resources, and space.
       
 - Being respectful: Disagree politely on research topics, prevent personal attacks.
       
 - Being open: Welcome diverse perspectives and constructive feedback.
     
 
     Unacceptable behavior includes:
     
       - Harassment: Offensive comments, intimidation, or unwelcome sexual attention.
       
 - Academic Misconduct: Plagiarism, falsification, unauthorized use of others work.
       
 - Misuse of resources: Improper use of lab equipment, data, or funds.
